AED Institute of America, Inc. has developed a variety of membership packages to give our customers the most comprehensive service. Our packages include options to best fit our customer's needs. We understand that our customers' needs may vary. Currently, we have four packages available with or without the purchase of an AED. Each package has an annual price attached to the service.
Membership Training and Maintenance Rates

Family Plan: $300.00 *
Basic includes CPR/AED training for six (6) people, maintenance, record keeping, EMS notification and medical oversight for one (1) year. For additional devices covered on maintenance or additional people needing to be trained please add $50 per device or trainee to the Basic Family Plan price.

Corporate Plan: $625.00 *
Basic includes CPR/AED training for six (6) people, maintenance, record keeping, EMS notification and medical oversight for one (1) year.
For additional devices covered on maintenance or additional people needing to be trained please add $50 per unit or trainee to the Basic Corporate Plan price.

Maintenance Plan: $150.00 *
Special maintenance plan for one (1) year which includes medical direction with Rx from licensed physician, monthly maintenance checklist via e-mail, notification to local EMS to AED deployment, and replacement of pads and batteries at indicated times.

Medical Oversight: $100 per Unit *
Includes Rx from CA licensed physician for one year and monthly maintenance checklist.

* Price based on minimum two year agreement.

We also provide certification and recertification for CPR/AED training without the purchase of an AED.

California Law requires the following in order to have and operate an
Automated External Defibrillator
- Medical oversight and a prescription written by a California licensed physician
- CPR/AED certification training course every 2 years by a nationally accredited program
- Policy and procedure for the use and storage of the device
- Notification to the local EMS alerting them to the placement of an AED
- Maintenance record with monthly checklist as to the "readiness" of the unit
- Maintain skill competency
